Let's get technical for a minute...
The user needs to be running a version and configuration of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge that is still actively supported by Google, Apple, Mozilla, or Microsoft, respectively. This eliminates the need to discuss hardware or OS software. Simply put if your device can run these browsers and you have a high-speed/broadband internet connection you are all set!

We don’t do browser sniffing nor use anything wacky like Flash, so any modern browser will likely work. Especially if it’s based on one of those browsers’ engines (e.g., Chromium or WebKit) — which most are. So this covers browsers like iCab, Vivaldi, Opera, and SeaMonkey. Note, we don’t test on nor officially claim to support those more obscure browsers. However, if you want to try an alternative browser, you're welcome to do so and it’ll probably work :)
