For auto-graded quizzes, problem sets, and tests, points are assigned to each question based on the question type. For other activities, rubrics are provided to both students and teachers outlining how the assignment will be evaluated as well as the points allotted to that assignment.
Once student work is submitted, teachers will use the instructions for the activity and the rubric to get the assignments graded.
Points are recorded within the Gradebook on your Classroom page.
Shmoop does not assign letter grades, only raw scores.
