How do I delete my account?

Here's how to delete your account:

• Log into www.shmoop.com.
• Click on the arrow next to your username in the top right corner of the screen.
• Select "Settings" and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
• Click the "Delete Account" button all the way at the bottom.
• Confirm that you want to delete your account.

Note: If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will not cancel your subscription. Click "Cancel Subscription" if you want to end your subscription before deleting your account.

Or, simply email [e-mail]. Please include your username and email address, so we can verify your identity.  If you've got time, we'd also love to know why you're leaving, so we can make our site better (or, at least, understand which reality TV show we're competing with).
