Once you're logged in, head to "My Home."
You can reach "My home" by clicking your username or the Shmoop logo at any time.
Click on your username in the top right-hand corner. From here click on settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page, at the bottom right you will see "Cancel Subscription" and "Delete Account." Note: If you don't see the "Cancel Subscription" option the account you are logged in with does not have an active subscription. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are being charged so we can help you locate the active account.
Click "Cancel Subscription."
Select a reason and click "Submit"
You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation, but you’ll still be able to access all of Shmoop's premium products until the end of the current billing cycle.
