Once you're logged in, head to "My Home."
You can reach "My home" by clicking your username or the Shmoop logo at any time.
Click on your username in the top right-hand corner. From here click on settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page, at the bottom right you will see "Cancel Subscription" and "Delete Account."
Click "Cancel Subscription."
Select a reason and click "Submit"
You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation, but you’ll still be able to access all of Shmoop's premium products until the end of the current billing cycle.
